How much does shipping cost?
We keep shipping simple with a flat $5 shipping rate anywhere in New Zealand and there’s no extra charge for rural delivery.
So whether you’re in the city or right out in the countryside, your Hush order ships for just $5.
Where do you ship to?
We’re proudly New Zealand owned and operated, and currently ship NZ-wide!
We currently don’t ship to PO Boxes, but we’re hoping to expand to Australia in the future.
How long does it take to dispatch orders?
We aim to have our orders dispatched the day after receiving your order, some times the same day (excludes public holidays). However please reach out prior if you have an urgent order and we will see if we can accommodate your time frame.
Can I create my own period kit?
Absolutely! If you’d rather put together a period kit that’s just right for her, you can create your own.
Choose from helpful Hush essentials such as our Friendly Guide to Periods, monthly tracker, Hush pouch and wet bag, then add her favourite pads, liners and other self-care items. It’s a great option if you already know what she likes or want to create a kit around her individual needs.
Whether you’re preparing for a first period, putting together a school bag kit or simply topping up an existing period kit, you can choose the items that work best for her.
Can I choose different colours for my Ultimate Period Kit pouch and wet bag?
Our Ultimate Period Kits are currently sold with a matching Hush pouch and wet bag colour combination. However, if you’d prefer to mix and match the colours, get in touch before placing your order and we’ll see if we can help. We are happy to accommodate custom requests where we can.
What makes Hush period kits different?
Our period kits are thoughtfully put together to help girls feel prepared, comfortable and confident, whether they’re waiting for their first period or managing their cycle at school, sport or sleepovers.

Hush period kits are designed for tweens, teens and women of all ages. Every person is different, so our range includes options to suit different stages and needs.
For those preparing for a first period, our first period kits include helpful extras such as period guides, trackers and other essentials to make those first cycles feel a little easier.
We also have kits designed with older teens and women in mind, for those who already know what they like and simply want a practical, discreet way to store their period products. These options focus more on everyday essentials rather than first-period extras.
And our Hush pouches are suitable for all ages. Whether you’re a young girl keeping a few essentials in your school bag, a teenager heading to sport or a woman looking for a discreet period storage option, there’s a Hush pouch to suit.
Do you receive exactly what is pictured in the gift boxes?
A few of our products in our giftboxes will have a randomly selected design, colour, scent or flavour to what is shown. On the rare occasion a smaller item may be out of stock we reserve the right to replace it with equal quality or valued brands.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We will, however, evaluate on a case-by-case basis and should the stock be damaged or the incorrect items received, we will accept returns/replace the item.
